We’ve had our fill of vegan candy—bring on the holiday cookies! This holiday season, we're reaching for Maxine’s Heavenly cookies to get our fix. We love these soft-baked treats for their bold flavor and crave-worthy texture, but we also love that they are gluten- and refined-sugar free. They’re packed with big chocolate chunks, nuts, and raisins, but devoid of all the ingredients that typically make us regret scarfing down a whole bag. With five flavors to choose from, the sweet creations are endless! We’re enjoying the seasonal Pumpkin Pecan Spice with chai tea, slathering the Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin with vegan cream cheese frosting, crumbling the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk over chocolate avocado mousse, sandwiching vegan ice cream between the Almond Chocolate Chip, and torching vegan marshmallows atop the Chocolate Chocolate Chunk for a fun twist on the classic s’more. This holiday season is going to be heavenly.
