Chocolate Ganache

What you need:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil at room temperature 

What you do:

Using a double boiler or microwave, add almond milk and melt chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Whisk in coconut oil until smooth.
