Actress Lily Tomlin, known for her efforts to help free elephants from zoos, will be speaking in support of the elephant documentary Elephants and Man: A Litany of Tragedy, which will be shown in Hollywood on January 20, 2011. The film is produced by Voice for the Animals (VFTA) Foundation’s Melya Kaplan, and it looks at the cruelty and suffering endured by elephants in captivity.
