Gray does not plan on opening a restaurant one day, but says of the club, “I was trying to figure out a way to fulfill [the desire to cook], and give Nashville another [veg] option.” The club recently hosted a Mardi Gras dinner, which included jambalaya with collard slaw and King Cakes.
