Berkeley, CA-based vegan bakery Cinnaholic will bring its cruelty-free confections to television tomorrow night when owners Florian and Shannon Radke appear on ABC’s Shark Tank. The Radke’s will try to convince the business-savvy panel of the Tank to invest in the bakery so that it can expand through franchising. “Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine our vegan cinnamon rolls receiving such national exposure and adoration,” says Florian. “The opportunity to appear on Shark Tank will allow us to increase the visibility of our business and help us achieve our dream of expanding Cinnaholic nationwide.” Countless businesses have found the exposure and resources that the Cinnaholic purveyors seek on the show, and if the Bay Area bakery’s popular mail order business and brick and mortar location are predictors of success, Cinnaholic’s prospects on the Tank look good.
