Jennifer Lopez Says Veganism Makes Her Feel Great

In a recent radio interview, the pop star talked about the physical benefits of eating a plant-based diet.

Jennifer Lopez joins the growing list of celebrities who eschew animal products for a healthful vegan diet. “Being vegan, it’s basically no dairy, no meat, everything is plant based from the ground,” said the singer in an interview with New York radio station Z100. J-Lo noted that she is already experiencing the benefits of going cruelty-free. “I do recommend the vegan diet because you up and feel great,” she said. Last March, Samuel L. Jackson announced that he went vegan “to live forever” and last year, pop-phenomenon power couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé went vegan to bolster their physical well-being. Also, celebrities such as actor Joaquin Phoenix and Blink 182’s Travis barker have been on the cruelty-free route for years.
