Vegan Pop-Up Shops Hit New York City

This weekend, New York will be buzzing with vegan activity. On Saturday, the “Hey May!” edition of Vegan Shop-Up will go down at Pine Box Rock Shop, an all-vegan bar in Brooklyn, NY. Featuring an array of vegan food and products, guests can enjoy everything from doughnuts, empanadas, and seasonal cocktails to beauty products, t-shirts, and magazines. Across the bridge, The Seed Market will take over the Altman Building in Chelsea, with morning yoga, cooking demonstrations, and a wide offering of vegan goods from local restaurants (including the beloved Cinnamon Snail food truck), small-batch chocolate producers, and body care companies.
