For a chance to mingle with Broadway stars and partake in a cat and dog adopt-a-thon, mark your calendars for the 11th-annual Broadway Barks today, from 3:30 pm to 6:30pm on Shubert Alley. Bernadette Peters and Mary Tyler Moore will be hosting the adopt-a-thon, which benefits New York animal shelters and adoption agencies. At the gathering will be dogs and cats from over 20 animal rescues alongside musical stars from shows such as The Wiz, West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, and Bye Bye Birdie. Grab your checkbook and your camera, and get ready to adopt the day away, Broadway style.
