North Hollywood’s Vegan Street Fair is returning to the Los Angeles neighborhood’s Arts District Sunday, after nearly 10,000 people attended last year’s inaugural event. Organizers have tripled the space and doubled the amount of vendors to accommodate thousands of “vegans and non-vegans … [who] share an unwavering love of vegan food.” The event will feature more than 100 local vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants and vendors over a half mile serving everything from tamales, pizza, sushi, and gumbo to soft serve, cupcakes, and juices—all for $3 or less to allow fairgoers to sample multiple vegan bite-sized goodies “instead of buying a $10 plate of vegan nachos and sitting out the rest of the amazing food experience.” VegNews is a sponsor of the event, where attendees can take advantage of special subscription offers.
