Vegan Easter Pop-Up Coming to New York City

Vegan Shop-Up, New York City’s first vegan pop-up market, is celebrating the start of spring Saturday with an Easter Bunny Bash. Vegan vendors including Yeah Dawg, Sweet Maresa’s, Riverdel, and Lagusta’s Luscious will offer locally made artisanal foods and goods—just in time for Easter Sunday. Shoppers can expect treats such as Easter cakes, chocolate bunnies, crème eggs, and macaroons, alongside mainstay favorites including grilled cheese, pretzel croissants, meatball subs, teas, tinctures, gluten-free sweets, skin care, makeup, and apparel. The special holiday event will be held at MooShoes, New York City’s only vegan footwear store, from noon to 5pm.
