Craig Ferguson Talks Veganism with Kelly and Michael

Scottish funny man shares the one challenge he faced when going vegan.

Former late night host Craig Ferguson talked about his vegan diet on Live with Kelly and Michael this week, saying that the decision to go plant-based two years ago was easy. “It wasn’t really hard at all, weirdly enough,” Ferguson responded when asked what was the hardest thing about going vegan. The comedian credits the popular 2011 documentary Forks Over Knives as what prompted him to change his diet. “Milk in the coffee—that was the only thing, learning how to drink black coffee. And now, if someone puts it in by accident or something … I’m like a cat with a hairball.” Perhaps the 53-year-old funnyman isn’t yet aware of the plethora of non-dairy milk options widely available on the market today?
