10 Best Vegan Summer Ice Cream Photos on Instagram

This week marks the official beginning of summer, and while others are stockpiling on sunscreen, swimsuits, and sunglasses, we’re readying our spoons for three months of having ice cream for dessert. To get some chilly inspiration, we’ve turned to Instagram to find the 10 best shots that will have us screaming for ice cream. Here are our favorites.
