It's about time Starbucks offers more treats for vegans! Yay! I was ecstatic when I saw this appear in Starbucks. They were so good, I actually had to order a case of the chocolate chip off of Amazon. Yum, these are so delicious and taste like homemade crunchy ones. Mmmm!

I first heard about these off of quarrygirl's blog, and skipped off to Starbucks straightway to try them out. I love the taste and texture of these things, they're so delicious. I might have even called up my sister and a few friends and told them to buy some of Lucy's cookies as soon as humanly possible. And I've been known to pick up a few packs myself whenever I find them, to "support vegan products." I think it's great that Starbucks has these!
