Lime Yogurt Crema

Top all your summertime tacos with this easy, tangy sauce.

Tangy and creamy, this fancier-than-your-average sour cream is the perfect foil for the spicy richness of seitan and potatoes.

What You Need:

  • 1 cup plain soy yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

What You Do:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients
