Coconut Spread

As vegans, Earth Balance Buttery Spread has a special place in our hearts (and refrigerators). From topping our toast to bountiful baking to smothering on freshly grilled corn, we have roughly a billion uses for the stuff, so it’s safe to say that we weren’t really looking for another spread. But all that changed when we met Coconut Spread, also by Earth Balance, at Expo West this year. It’s dreamy, rich, indulgent, has just a hint of coconut flavor, and so impressed us that it took home one of only 12 Best of Show awards. With so many delicious possible applications, Coconut Spread is decidedly better than butter.
