What you need:

For the chocolate syrup:
1 cup filtered water
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon salt

For the latte:
Ice cubes
1½ cups oat milk
½ cup cold brew
3 tablespoons prepared chocolate syrup
Coconut whipped cream, for garnish
Chopped chocolate, for garnish

What you do:

  1. For the chocolate syrup, in a saucepan over medium-high heat, add all ingredients, whisk, and bring to a boil, about 2 minutes. Once fully combined, remove from heat and let cool.
  2. For the latte, in a 12 or 16-ounce glass, add desired amount of ice, pour in milk followed by cold brew and homemade chocolate syrup, stirring until combined. Top with coconut whipped cream and chopped chocolate.
